Located near the New Plymouth Airport, this solar farm comprises 14,400 solar panels and generates 14MWh of electricity, enough to power around 2000 homes for a year.
The solar farm connects to the Powerco network at 11kV. The solar farm was developed by New Plymouth Airport and was designed and constructed by Infratec.
Linework has been proud to support the Infratec team with tender reviews, document creation and a range of other project support services. Linework has also helped to create a maintenance management system for the site and supplied some of the safety equipment required for safe operation of the site.
